Is Hash Poker real money gambling?

No. Every chip is play money. Diamonds and Gold are virtual currencies with no cash value, nothing pays out, and there is nothing to cash out. The game is for adults 18 and over.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. That deletes the account and your personal data. If you would rather we did it, email support@bitlabs.com. The privacy policy describes exactly what is erased and what is kept.

How do I report or block another player?

Report is available on a player's seat at the table and on their profile. Block is on their profile. Reports reach us directly and we act on them.

I bought Diamonds and they did not arrive.

Email support@bitlabs.com with the date of the purchase and your Apple receipt, and we will sort it out.

How do I get help with something else?

Email support@bitlabs.com. Tell us your Player ID (Profile, then Settings) and what happened, and we will reply within two business days.
