Hash Poker Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This policy explains what information the Hash Poker app (the "App") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The App is operated by Bitlabs Latam SAS ("Bitlabs", "we", "us"), a company based in Colombia. It covers the App and the account you sign in with.
Hash Poker is a play-money poker game. It uses virtual currencies (Tokens, Gold and Diamonds) that have no cash value, and it offers no real-money gambling.
Information we collect
- Sign-in information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and Google account identifier. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple account identifier, your email address (or a private relay address, if you choose one) and your name if you share it, and we keep a token from Apple so we can revoke your sign-in when you delete your account. Your email address is kept on our account server and is never shown to other players.
- Profile. Your display name (the name from your sign-in account), your profile photo (your Google photo or one you upload) and your Player ID. Uploaded photos are resized and re-encoded, which removes embedded metadata such as location.
- Gameplay. The tables you join, the hands you are dealt, your actions and results, hand histories, play-style statistics derived from your hands (for example how often you play a hand), your Token, Gold and Diamond balances, a record of every balance change, login rewards, and the emotes and gifts you send.
- Safety. The players you block, the reports you file (the reason, an optional note, and the reported player's name and photo at the time) and reports other players file about you.
- Purchases. When you buy Diamonds through the Apple App Store, Apple sends us the transaction ID, the product, and its status, including refunds. Apple handles payment; we never receive your card or bank details.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and app performance data (device model, operating system and app version, and error details) sent to our crash-reporting provider. These reports carry a one-way code in place of your account, not your name or email.
- Technical data. Our servers and network providers receive your IP address and basic request logs, which we use to operate and secure the service.
The App has no advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
What other players see
At a table, other players see your display name, profile photo, Player ID, chip stack, play-style statistics, the emotes and gifts you send, and your actions. Cards you show at showdown appear in the table's hand history. Tournament lobbies list entrants by name.
How we use information
- To run the game: your account, tables, balances, rewards and hand histories.
- To process Diamond purchases and Apple refunds.
- To keep games fair and safe: detecting cheating, collusion and abuse, reviewing reports, and acting on them (hiding a photo, resetting a name, or suspending an account).
- To find and fix crashes and performance problems.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the App for us, and only for that purpose:
- Google and Apple, to sign you in.
- Apple, which also distributes the App and processes purchases.
- Clockwork Labs (SpacetimeDB), which hosts the game server.
- Sentry, which receives crash and performance reports.
- Expo, which delivers App updates.
- Our hosting providers, which carry and store Hash Poker traffic and data.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect players and the service from fraud or abuse.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we use your name, email address, profile photo and Google account identifier only to create and run your account and player profile. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except with the service providers listed above. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
- Account and profile information: while your account is open.
- Hand histories: each table shows its most recent 200 hands; detailed records of the most recent 2,000 hands per table are kept to check that games were dealt and played correctly.
- Daily statistics: 45 days.
- Balance records, purchase records and reports: kept after an account closes, for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention and our legal obligations.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in the App under Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. When you do:
- Your name is replaced with "Deleted player" everywhere, including past hand histories, and your profile photo is removed.
- Your email address, name, photo and Google or Apple link are erased from our account server, and you are signed out on every device.
- Your remaining Tokens, Gold and Diamonds are forfeited and cannot be restored.
We keep a closed account record with its Player ID, balance and purchase records, reports and play statistics, no longer linked to your name, email or photo. We need these for accounting, handling late Apple refunds, and safety.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@bitlabs.com. These rights include those under Colombia's data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012) and, depending on where you live, other laws. You can change your profile photo in the App at any time.
Security
We protect information in transit with TLS. Your sign-in keys are kept in your device's secure storage, and our servers store only hashed versions of them. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Google or Apple account secure too.
Age
The App is for adults 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 is using it, email us and we will close the account.
International users
We operate from Colombia, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. By using the App you consent to that transfer.
Changes
We may update this policy. When a change is material, we will tell you in the App before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
